These Additional Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern all contracts whereby Pixifyo offers its services, such as Print Design Services, Logo Design, Social Media Graphics, Brand Identity Design Services, and UI/UX Design Services.
The Client is bound under these Terms & Conditions by accessing our site and using our services. These Terms are a part of the Agreement between the Client and Pixifyo and regulate the usage of our services
Pixifyo will execute the design services as per the agreed time period in the project scope or Client Agreement. The Client is aware of the fact that any additions, revisions, or modifications that could be requested after the project has begun might influence the delivery schedule and scope of the project.
Any deliverables made by Pixifyo will be taken into account in compliance with the Agreement, provided that they fulfil the agreed specifications substantially. In the event that the deliverables fail to conform to the agreed requirements, the Client has the right to demand changes or a rework within the confines of the project, without extra charges.
The client should be able to observe the work performed and make changes within 15 days after delivery. Failure to give any feedback within this time will lead to acceptance and approval of the deliverables.
The Client acknowledges that the Client may contract internal teams or professional partners, who would provide services. These partners are well chosen and are bound by the confidentiality and quality standards.
Any services that are delivered by our network are all within our scope, and we maintain a uniform quality of services and service delivery in all projects
With full payment, the Client will have a non-transferable, exclusive right to use the final approved design deliverables for business purposes.
Any intellectual property, tools, structures, or design systems that exist before the collaboration between and between the parties are retained as the exclusive property of the parties.
Pixifyo has the right to keep and utilise design inputs (logos, brand assets, images, and UI elements) that the Client has given to us to deliver and enhance services. Nonetheless, no purpose other than the delivery of service will be served with any personal identifiable information.
Each and every service will be charged as per the Agreement. In case of non-payment on the due date:
Pixifyo will inform the Client either through email or phone. The Client will be deemed to default without prior notice. Unless payment is made following the notification, Pixifyo may:
The Client will have to cover all the expenses associated with late payments or collection. The services or invoice complaints do not stay unpaid.
Pixifyo respects the privacy of the Clients and uses all personal data in a manner consistent with its Privacy Policy.

The Client ensures that:

The Client acknowledges that he will be liable for the indemnification of Pixifyo in case of the misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.
Pixifyo shall not be liable to:
The maximum liability of Pixifyo will not be the sum paid by the Client for the services. Any claims should be reported within a reasonable period after it has happened. Any claims that are not received within the given period can be deemed to be invalid.
Pixifyo will not be limited because of any failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In case such circumstances last longer than 6 weeks, either of the parties may cancel the Agreement without any liability.
The parties will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared, including:

The Agreement becomes effective when both parties accept it and will be valid until the completion of services.

Invalid or unenforceable clauses:

All intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, design rights, brand assets, and any other proprietary rights relating to the design work.
Pixifyo and the Client, who are called separately as a Party and together as the Parties.
Any data concerning an identified or identifiable person, such as name, e-mail address, phone number, and business information, which the Client uses to deliver services
Any type of design and creative work that is offered by Pixifyo, such as Logo Design, Brand Identity Design, Print Design, Social Media Graphics, and UI/ UX Design.
The aggregate of charges or fees that are agreed on for the services that will be rendered by Pixifyo to the Client.
The date of the official start of the project, following confirmation, onboarding, and receipt of necessary information or advance payment (where applicable).
The internal team, designers, or other professional partners that were hired by Pixifyo to provide services without compromising the quality and confidentiality standards.
The time taken to deliver the agreed services, which begin with the delivery of all the necessary inputs by the Client up to the final delivery.
Any materials supplied by the Client, such as logos, images, brand assets, text, UI contents, or any other files needed to execute the project.
The finished output files were handed over to the Client, which consisted of design files, branding assets, source files, and other agreed materials.
