The client is a fast-growing eCommerce brand in the United States and sells a wide variety of products to a wide range of customers. As the business was doing well in its demand and quality of products, its branding was not consistent across platforms, which posed a discontinuity in how the customers understood the brand.

The various images in the site, social media and marketing visuals led to inconsistent identity, and hence the customers were unable to identify and trust the brand.
